What do you need from us to import our history?
An export of your observations from your current tool. A CSV with unit, date, template, and element results is enough. We map it to your Beterra templates and load it.
Will our compliance trends restart?
No. Imported observations carry their original dates, so unit and facility trends continue across the switch.
Do we have to switch every audit at once?
No. Most hospitals go live one unit or one audit type at a time and retire the old tool when the last one moves.
How long does setup take?
One day, by your quality or infection prevention lead. The clinical templates are ready to use, and if you send us your current paper form we rebuild it for you first.
Do auditors need to install an app?
No. Beterra Audits runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or workstation. Auditors open a link and start observing.
Is there a per-user charge?
